This exhibition celebrates the magnificence and wonder of black and white photography between the 1950s and the present day, by showcasing the work of two local photographers; Arthur D.S. MacPherson, who worked as a photographer for the “Scots Magazine” publication for many years, documenting the landscape, people and culture of Scotland, and Alan Buchanan Gardiner, a very talented contemporary photographer, who’s work aims to subtly document the emotion and aesthetic beauty of people, objects and places in monochrome.
